By purchasing Undisputed: 30-Day Coaching Accelerator, you (the "Client") enter into this Agreement with Mandi Racine of Mindful Edge Ltd. (the "Coach"). By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Program Overview
The 30-Day Identity Upgrade is a high-performance coaching intensive designed to unlock your next level of leadership by transforming your identity and mindset. This agreement outlines the services to be provided during this program, including three 60-minute 1:1 sessions, bespoke subconscious reprogramming techniques (including but not limited to hypnosis, EFT, Rapid Transformational Therapy and solutions focused coaching), WhatsApp support, and personalised meditations/hypnosis audios.

Program Structure and Services
Session Schedule & Content:

3 x 60-minute 1:1 Coaching Sessions: These sessions will focus on identity transformation, high-performance coaching, subconscious reprogramming, and EFT to break through limiting beliefs, improve performance, and ensure lasting change.

Ad-hoc Support via WhatsApp: Available between sessions for quick recalibrations, accountability, mindset shifts, or support as needed.

Personalised Meditations/Hypnosis Audios: Short, impactful recordings designed to prime your subconscious for success and transformation, sent as needed.

Client’s Commitment
Active Participation: You agree to engage fully in the sessions and utilise the tools and techniques provided between sessions to support your transformation.

Completion of Assigned Tasks: You are encouraged to complete any tasks or exercises agreed upon during the sessions, such as listening to recordings, journaling, or other personal development activities.

Timely Communication: You will notify the coach of any changes to your availability or program needs in advance, so as to respect each other's time.

Coach’s Commitment
Personalised Coaching: I will provide high-quality, results-oriented coaching tailored to your individual needs, offering a mix of high-performance coaching, subconscious reprogramming, and EFT as applicable.

Confidentiality & Professionalism: All interactions, including messages on WhatsApp and content shared during sessions, will be handled with respect and with full confidentiality.

Support & Recalibration: You will have access to the coach via WhatsApp for ongoing support during the coaching period, ensuring you feel empowered and focused.

Medical & Psychological Considerations
This coaching program does not substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, please consult with them before participating in this program. If necessary, please provide written consent from your healthcare provider to engage in coaching.

If you have any conditions that could affect your ability to engage fully in the program, please disclose them at the outset so we can determine if any accommodations or adjustments are necessary.

Outcomes and No Guarantees
While the program is designed to create rapid shifts and breakthroughs in your mindset and identity, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success in this program is dependent on your level of participation, commitment, and alignment with the work we do together. Results may vary from client to client.

Agreement & Use of Testimonials
By participating in the Undisputed: 30-Day Coaching Accelerator, you agree that I may request a testimonial from you at the end of our work together, sharing your experience and the results you've achieved. This testimonial may be used for promotional purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and marketing materials.

If you prefer your testimonial to remain anonymous, I will respect your preference and can anonymise any personal details upon request. You can choose to withhold any identifying information such as your name or other personal details.

By agreeing to this, you consent to the potential use of your testimonial, and I understand that you may withdraw or modify this consent at any time.

Confidentiality & Data Protection
All information shared during the coaching process, whether verbally or in writing, will be kept confidential in accordance with data protection laws (UK GDPR). No information will be shared with third parties without your express consent, except where required by law or in cases where your safety or the safety of others may be at risk.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Session Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a session may be forfeited.

Program Cancellation: If you wish to discontinue the program before the completion of the 30 days, there will be no refunds for payments made.

Liability & Indemnity
By participating in this coaching program, you agree to release Mindful Edge Ltd. (Mandi Racine) from any liability. You acknowledge that this coaching program is for personal development and that your participation is voluntary. The program aims to provide guidance and tools, but your actions and decisions are your responsibility.

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising out of this Agreement.

Agreement & Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of the Undisputed: 30-Day Coaching Accelerator coaching agreement and agree to participate under the outlined terms.
