RTT SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session with Mandi Racine, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

Scope of RTT Services
RTT is a therapeutic approach combining hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT techniques to support personal transformation. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Health Conditions & Medical Advice
You may be asked about your medical history to ensure RTT is safe and appropriate.

If you are under medical or psychological care (e.g. GP, psychiatrist, counsellor), you may be required to obtain written consent from your provider before we proceed.

RTT cannot be offered to clients with epilepsy or psychosis.

You agree to inform Mandi of any changes to your health during your therapy journey.

Hypnotherapy Recordings
Audio recordings provided are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

Confidentiality
Your sessions, emails, and conversations are confidential unless:

You consent to information being shared.

Required by law or court order.

There is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or a legal obligation (e.g. fraud, crime, child safeguarding).

A healthcare provider requires a report (you may request a copy).

Standards of Behaviour
You agree to:

Attend sessions sober and not under the influence of drugs/alcohol (except prescribed medication).

Treat Mandi with respect and maintain a safe, non-abusive environment.

Note that sessions may be terminated if inappropriate or unsafe behaviour is exhibited.

Session Outcomes
While every effort is made to support your goals, no outcome is guaranteed. Your personal motivation and engagement in the process are key to your success.

Testimonial Release
Your feedback may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media, marketing). If you prefer to remain anonymous, please request this in writing.

Liability & Indemnity
Mandi Racine and Mindful Edge Ltd are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from your sessions. By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mandi Racine against any claims arising from your participation.

Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR laws. By booking, you accept our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the English courts.

Complaints & Concerns
If you have a concern, please speak to Mandi directly. All efforts will be made to resolve the issue informally and respectfully.

Final Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that:

You consent to receive RTT from Mandi Racine.

You understand this is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

You agree to participate actively in the process, including using resources provided.

You have answered all questions truthfully and will continue to do so throughout your time in therapy.

You may stop therapy at any time.
